Hello Vishwesh,
Thank you for your question about an error message when trying to open the CGIs on your mirror site. It looks like your site is trying to provide the CGI program as a file instead of running it. This most likely means that your web server configuration is incomplete, and you will need to modify the settings file to tell the server to run programs in the cgi-bin/ directory. For an Apache web server this will most likely involve the ScriptAlias setting. More information on permitting CGI scripts in Apache 2.2 (for example) is available at https://httpd.apache.org/docs/2.2/howto/cgi.html.
I hope this is helpful. If you have any further questions, please reply to gen...@soe.ucsc.edu or genome...@soe.ucsc.edu. Questions sent to those addresses will be archived in publicly-accessible forums for the benefit of other users. If your question contains sensitive data, you may send it instead to genom...@soe.ucsc.edu.

The first error is bc yr apache isn't set correctly - its treating the hgGateway as something to be served rather than something to be executed. That will be either file perms or apache settings.
