Cannot connect to GTEx hub

Hello,

I am unable to add the GTEx RNA-seq hub to hg38; it fails with the following error:

ERROR: Couldn't open http://hgdownload.soe.ucsc.edu/hubs/gtex/hg38/trackDb.txt

The hg38 directory doesn’t exist at that URL.

The hub works as expected at genome.ucsc.edu. Is there something I need to do to fix this?
