Error displaying on home and helppage

Hallo,

We were trying to test our mirror of v347, but we had an error. The error is on the home - page and the help - pages like (see attachment). And when you clicked on a link on the help - page you automatically went back to the home page and not to where you want.

On two servers which we use apache version 2.4 we have the error and on a server with apache version 2.2 the error isn't displaying.

Now we think we solved it by adding the line below in our configuration file:

     SSILegacyExprParser on

After adding that line the errors are gone.

We are curious if this the right way to solve or there is something we did wrong before?

Any suggestion will be appreciated.

Thank you for your question about these errors on your UCSC Genome Browser mirror's home page.

Are you still experiencing these errors?

If not, then yes, that is the correct way to resolve these errors. We have suggested that to a few different users in the past few months, such as in https://groups.google.com/a/soe.ucsc.edu/d/msg/genome/JEIABn-5uh8/KJB7gHpECAAJ. It may also be useful to ensure that the files in /usr/local/apache/htdocs/inc/ are up to date.
