New APPRIS Hub

Hello everyone,

We’re pleased to add the Principal Splice Isoforms -APPRIS hub, developed by the GENCODE consortium, to our collection of publicly available hubs. APPRIS is a system that provides annotations of alternative splice isoforms and identifies principal isoforms for multiple species.

Annotations for the APPRIS hub include Principal Isoforms, Protein Domains, Functional Residues, 3D Structure, Species Conservation, Signal Peptide and TMHelices. These annotations are based on the modules of the APPRIS Database.

This hub can be accessed and viewed from the Public Hubs list.
