Hello everyone,

We are pleased to announce the addition of the LNCipedia 5.0 track hub available for hg19 and hg38. This hub shows a comprehensive compendium of human long non-coding RNAs. The latest iteration of the database (version 5.0) contains 120,353 lncRNA transcripts (51,382 genes). In addition to basic transcript information and structure, several statistics are calculated for each entry in the database, such as secondary structure information, protein-coding potential, and microRNA binding sites.

Thanks to our colleague, Pieter-Jan Volders, at Ghent University for creating the track hub!
