Cotney Lab Human Craniofacial Epigenomics Hub

Hello everyone,

We’re pleased to add the Human Craniofacial Epigenomics public track hub to our collection of publicly available hubs. This hub was put together with data from the Cotney Lab at UConn Health. The Human Craniofacial Epigenomics public tracks include Orofacial Clefting GWAS and Targeted Sequencing Data, Orthologous HoxA Human 4C Data, Cotney Craniofacial hub MultiWig Tracks organized by mark and Cotney Craniofacial hub organized by mark and sample. 

This hub can be accessed and viewed from the Public Hubs list.
