Hello everyone,

The zebrafish CAGE Promoterome and Nucleosome Positioning Hub, generated by the Computational Regulatory Genomics group at Imperial College London, provides data that shows zebrafish (Zv9/danRer7 assembly) promoter use before, during and after the mid-blastula transition (MBT) in maternal and zygotic stages.

The hub contains RNA-seq and H3K4me3 tracks for four developmental stages, and CAGE promoterome time course across twelve stages, from unfertilized egg to pharyngula. In addition, it provides H2A.Z ChIP-seq during MBT and ChIP subtracted signal revealing nucleosome positioning

This hub can be accessed and viewed from the Public Hubs list.

Best,
