Hello everyone,

We’re pleased to add new two new hubs to our collection of publicly available hubs.

The Peptide Evidences CNIO hub, generated by the Spanish National Cancer Research Center (CNIO), provides data that represents analysis of peptides from eight large-scale proteomics data sets: PeptideAtlas and NIST databases, and six published large-scale experiments. The eight studies cover a large range of tissues and cell types. The data was generated using a computational pipeline developed by Michael Tress, Iakes Ezkurdia and Jose Manuel Rodriguez.

The Peterhof Yeast hub, provided by Saint Petersburg State University, hosts assemblies of several Saccharomyces cerevisiae strains belonging to the Peterhof genetic collection and SNV tracks relative to the sacCer3 genome assembly. The tracks contain information about single nucleotide variations in several Saccharomyces cerevisiae strains of the Peterhof genetic collection. Each strain has two separate tracks, one for substitutions (SNV) and the other for short indels. Tracks showing copy number variation are available for core strains of the collection.

Both hubs can be accessed and viewed from the Public Hubs list.

Best,

Paris Nejad
