Hello everyone,

We’re pleased to add the new DASHR hub produced by the Wang lab at the University of Pennsylvania to our collection of publicly available hubs. The data represents a set of processed, human small non-coding RNAs (sncRNAs) based on over 180 high-throughput small RNA-seq (smRNA-seq) experiments generated by over 30 independent groups. A uniform processing pipeline by the Wang lab was used to generate raw signals and peaks represented in the data tracks. The assembly annotations include human sncRNA loci, RNA annotations, and smRNA-seq raw signals.

This hub can be accessed and viewed from the Public Hubs list.

Best,
