A Genome Browser is now available for Chimp (Pan troglodytes) assembly released May 2016 by the Chimpanzee Sequencing and Analysis Consortium. For more information and statistics about this assembly, see the NCBI assembly record for Pan_tro 3.0. There are 26 different chromosomes along with 72,326 contigs and 45,511 scaffolds in this assembly with a total size of 3,231,170,666 bases.

A Genome Browser is now available for Green Monkey (Chlorocebus sabaeus) assembly released March 2014 by the Vervet Genomics Consortium. For more information and statistics about this assembly, see the NCBI assembly record for Chlorocebus_sabeus 1.1. There are 32 different chromosomes along with 162,724 contigs and 2,022 scaffolds in this assembly with a total size of 2,789,656,328 bases.
