The activation emails often get lost in the spam folder. We have gone ahead and manually activated the account associated with the 'Sebastian Coppolino Gregorio' user name. You should now be able to reset your password and access the account through the login page (https://genome.ucsc.edu/cgi-bin/hgLogin).
