Liftover from hg38 to hg18

Hi,

I'm currently working on a project where we have regions of interest in hg38 and want to extract information from summary statistics in files that use hg18. Currently, the corresponding chain file does not exist. We've been performing chained liftovers (hg38 -> hg19 -> hg18) but this is less than ideal.

Would it be possible to generate this file?
