There is no Target option for any gene transcript set. 

Thank you for your help,  I would like to In Silico PCR for the human transcriptome, which is a misnomer for all of the spliced mRNA sequences, listed as DNA.

Thank you for using the UCSC Genome Browser and reporting your issues.

Could you share which assembly you are using on the UCSC Genome Browser to help reproduce your issues? The text on the isPCR is generic and is displayed regardless of the assembly you have selected. Changing the target from the 'genome assembly' to a gene track is only available for human and mouse genome assemblies.

Unfortunately, if you are using the hs1 assembly for human, this feature is not yet available.
