Request for dbSNP BED Files for GRCh38.p14

Dear UCSC browser,

I hope you’re doing well. I’m writing to request your assistance in obtaining the dbSNP BED files using the genome GRCh38.p14, in the Cell Ranger 2024-A reference (Human reference, GRCh38; GENCODE v44/Ensembl 110 annotations)

I was able to locate the BED files for release b151 (human_9606_b151_GRCh38p7) here:
https://ftp.ncbi.nih.gov/snp/organisms/human_9606_b151_GRCh38p7/BED/

However, I haven’t been able to find an equivalent set for GRCh38.p14. Could you please:

1. Point me to the FTP or web location where the GRCh38.p14 dbSNP BED files can be downloaded, or

2. Advise on the best way to generate those BED files myself?

We do not have such a file available on our download server. You should contact dbSNP to see if they have the BED file you are searching for on their servers. You can contact the dbSNP help desk using the following email address:
