About canFam2 to canFam4 chain file

Thank you very much for creating such a great database!

I want to lift over canFam2 to canFam4, but there is no such a chain available in your database. Could you please help generate the chain file?

We are currently working on generating the LiftOver files, but have run into issues when creating the alignment. We will contact you again once the files are available for download.
