Problem with GetDNA

Unfortunately, we were unable to reproduce your issues. To debug further, please send us a URL of the Genome Browser with the hgsid portion of the URL. For example, the URL should look like this:

https://genome.ucsc.edu/cgi-bin/hgTracks?db=hg38&lastVirtModeType=default&lastVirtModeExtraState=&virtModeType=default&virtMode=0&nonVirtPosition=&position=chr2%3A25160915%2D25168903&hgsid=1510787815_2AXcdG2ANfXFoLrqmnXj1hUm8Rp

We will need the last parameter of the URL (&hgsid=1510787815_2AXcdG2ANfXFoLrqmnXj1hUm8Rp) to get a better idea of what is happening. Also, you could instead send us a session by saving your Genome Browser settings on the following page:

https://genome.ucsc.edu/cgi-bin/hgSession
