I am pleased to propose Aaditya Narayan Subedy for the role of SMP Maintainer within our community.
Aaditya joined our community in August 2021. He has consistently demonstrated a strong willingness and ability to significantly and positively impact both our projects and individuals within our community. His contributions have been outstanding, with nearly 180+ pull requests merged across various projects. This reflects his dedication to advancing our mission and fostering a supportive community culture.
As a current and active contributor to the SMP project and a steward of the community, Aaditya exemplifies the qualities we seek in our maintainers. Not only is he a highly skilled and impactful contributor, but he also embodies thoughtfulness towards other community members and has a pay-it-forward mentality, making him an invaluable asset to our community.
His significant contributions include coordinating and conducting successful upgrades, handling bug fixes, and enhancing the project's user interface, workflows and experience. Furthermore, his commitment to maintaining high standards of project hygiene has greatly enhanced our collective workflow and build processes.
With all these qualities and accomplishments, I am confident that Aditya is well-suited to be SMP Maintainer.
