"could not prepared statement" - delete CA - error with plugin intelligence

Hi community,

I have a huge problem and I don't know how to solve it!!

In my database I have a CA that is connected to SMART Connect, I don't know how to remove it from my database because I don't have a password to it.

This means that the plugins associated to that CA cannot be deleted (intelligence and connect).

Why is this a problem? Because in the CA that I work, now the intelligence plugin gives me error, when I want to export new patrols it says "could not prepared statement" and it does not allow me to save new patrols.

Every time I open my saved patrols it says "Update motivation intelligence" "updating reported intelligence".

And when I want to backup my CA, it does not allow me because it says "could not determine table columns for table smart.intelligence".

All problems together, sorry! Please help!

Hello Tati,

Would it work to download a new instance of SMART from the website, install whichever plugins are needed, and load only the CAs that you want to use, excluding the one that you're unable to log into?
