Upload Changes to Connect Error

Hi All,

I have been trying to upload changes CA between SMART Desktop (SMART7.4) and Connect.
However, I attached error message.  Anyone have a idea what could be causing this? And how can I fix it?

Hello Jack

So you are trying to upload changes from desktop to connect?  I suggest you download a backup of the CA in Connect to your downloads folder then delete it from Connect.  Then try to upload the CA from desktop to connect and see if that works.  


Please note the time zone I am working in is GMT+8hr

Yes, I used upload changes to connect option.
