SMART Use for K9 Unit

Hi All

Is there any users that are collecting and managing history on their K9's using SMART? I would like to manage injections, training, and operational information of each unit/dog in such a way that a history report of each unit can be produced. The information must be linked to the metadata containing the animals, breed, sex, age, parents, name and UUID.

My thoughts was to look at profiles but hoped someone else has done it that I can use it as a template/ example of how to set up such a database/ SMART conservation area

Your help and advise will be greatly appreciated.

Hi Peter,

I am using SMART for the Gonarezhou K-9 team but in a slightly different way. I have everything in core SMART and not using profiles, however I think the profile idea might be brilliant one. Let me know when you are free we can have a chat about it,  and I can also show the data model we have and the report we are using for the team.
