Ecological Records conservation area import error

Dear Community

Has anyone tried module 12 of the smart manual I tested it and have come across an error on importing the ER conservation area. find attached video  and picture.

I have redownloaded the support files several times and tested however there is no changeI keep receiving the same error message.

Thanks for your query about SMART ER.  May I ask what version of SMART are you using?  And what version of the SMART technical training handbook and support materials are you referring to?

Hello Mungoni,

I see what the problem is. The tech training support materials available via download (http://smartconservationtools.org/wp-content/uploads/2019/07/SMART%206.2.3%20Support%20Materials.zip) is on version 6.2.3, but your SMART is on 6.3.0, so that training CA can't be loaded into your version of SMART. We'll need to get an updated version of those files that's compatible with SMART 6.3.0.
