Good morning everyone,

I have been experiencing challenges when importing from the device. 
Please find attached pictures of errors that have been popping up.

I need help, thank you!

Hi Kaluba, 

Can you please answer / do the following: 
  1. What version of SMART Mobile are you currently using?
  2. What (if any) data or details are missing in the imported patrols / surveys / incidents? 
  3. Can you share an error log from your SMART desktop software so we can see the full error please? 
You may find that no data is actually being lost here, if so these warnings should not be of concern, but please check.
