Import Failed

Dear Community,

I encountered a problem importing a Conservation Area created from the same SMART version 3.3.1 and already used, it shows the following error:

Import Failed. Destination '.\data\database\smartdb.bak' directory cannot be created

I have had some issues with this version and today the Conservation Aras has disappeared and I cannot import the conservation area backup.

Does anyone have any idea how to solve it?
