Migrating to SMART Mobile

Hello all,

Has anyone managed to use SMART Mobile with Samsung J1 Ace phones? We have several in the field that are being used and we would like to continue using them but not sure if there are any compatibility issues given the Android version.

Hi Lizbeth,

From the online specifications, it looks to be an Android 4.4.4 (Kitkat) or possibly 5.1.1 (Lollipop) device. Do you know which?

4.4.4 will not work, but 5.1.1 should for a while longer.
