Good Morning All,
One of our sites has just moved their SMART DB over to a new PC and is encountering an error (screenshot attached) when they try and import data from their devices to the PC.
We have uninstalled and reinstalled SMART several times, ensured that all plugins are installed correctly, turned off all firewall settings and logged in to the Windows administrator account without success… any ideas?

I sent you a WhatsApp about this already but just replying on here so others can see.
We have found that if you load a SMART device with SMART Mobile from another computer sometimes this error appears when trying to download If you are using a different computer than the one which the mobile device was loaded from.
It’s quite hard to re-produce too so have struggled to send a bug report to SMART P, especially as it doesn’t happen every time.
In the meantime I would suggest to download the data from the SMART data folder in the internal storage.
