As long as the missing password (or username) is from a non-administrator account, an Administrator can log into SMART and change the account settings for that employee. Only administrators have these access privileges for security purposes. 

 

Once logged in, follow the below steps

  • Go to the menu and select Conservation Area - Employee list
  • Select the employee who forgot their password, then Edit
  • Edit
  • Then you can adjust the password and user details

No, there is only one administrator user, employees but they do not have any role
