SMART Mobile: Cannot preview older patrol in history.

Hello everyone,

Can someone help us to fix this problem as the title says? We have been using SMART mobile for two years now, and it is working great. After updating our SMART mobile from older version, we notice there are some big changes. For us, one of the main function of SMART mobile was to see past activities inside "History", so the ranger could keep track of their work in that month. But now, it is missing and we can only see one activity from our last patrol (one day), where previously we could see many like a whole range of weeks.

Can anyone help us on this? Many thanks.

Hi, 

You can see all patrol data from SMART DATA folder in your phone, 

Only you can see last patrol info from your smart mobile application, I think there is no chance to see old patrols from your mobile application.

The history remains on the device until it is uploaded / exported from the device.Was this the case?
