Hi Lizbeth,
Try looking on the phone to see what is using up the storage space. This is a bit different on each Android phone, but it should be something like:
Settings>Battery and Device Care>Storage
This will show you where the most storage is being used. If the issue is with Apps using storage you should be able to click on “Apps” and see a list of which ones are taking up the most space.
Are you taking photos with SMART Mobile? It may be that these are being left on the device and need to be removed.

Could you please send me a bug report from one of the broken devices? At the bottom right of the screen is “Settings”, click on that and then scroll to the bottom of the screen and click the bug report button.

This log looks like it from a fresh device, i.e. it does not seem to ever had anything on it. It must have been reset at some point.
For the space issue:
That will tell us if SMART Mobile is the culprit.
If you want to clean up, then you can click “clear data” and “clear cache”, but note that this will erase the configurable model as well.
More recent versions of SMART Mobile keep a quota, so this should not happen moving forward.
