Can not update SMART Connect

Hi community,

I have been trying to synch changes between SMART DB and Connect. However, the attached error message keeps recurring.  Any idea what could be causing this? And how can I fix it?

Hi Sheila, 

Which version of SMART 7 desktop software (e.g. SMART 6.3) are you using and also the SMART Connect version (see settings in SMART Connect)? 

Is this a Partnership hosted server? 

The issue occurs when selecting "sync with connect" in your desktop software?

Hi Alex,

I am using smart 6.3. Yes, it is a partnership hosted server - https://gztconnect.smartconservationtools.org:8443/
Yes- the issue occurs when selecting 'sync with connect' and also 'sync all changes to/from connect'.

Hi Sheila,

 

Can you please check again if you are still having problems?

 

We will check the server for you. We are in the process of migrating servers and that has caused some downtime. Your server has already been migrated so it should be up and running.  I sent an email to all organizations that have hosted server with information about this migration.

 

Please send a message to me and @Paz, Roger if you are still experiencing problems.
