Missing data from Smart Mobile Import

Hi all,

Hoping you can help me with a small issue. During import of data from several smartphones, one of them was disconnected during the transfer of files. An error message for import popped up but files were removed from the smartphone. However they also do not appear as a patrol or patrol legs in the Smart database for the PA. 

Are these files for this device now lost or can they be recovered from a temp or orphans folder on laptop?

Hi Tarik

Please try to import data from archive, your smartphone data automaticly backup on archive. 

There is 3 mode of download, from device, from file and from archive.
