Error exporting data model top conenct

When I try to export my data model to Connect or Collet y have the follow error:

{"status": 500, "error": "Error uploading Conservation Area"}

Can someone help me solving this issue?

Thanks Monica, I still have troubles, the server page shows an error. and I cant upload the surveys to connect and collect.

This is weird, I review your server again and all looks good, I restarted the service just in case,  please try one more time and let me know how it goes
