What if my kid has a broken laptop and needs a replacement?

If you want to talk to someone at Lyceum Prep to see if we can fix the problem,  you can use our help request form to ask for support.  If necessary, we will make an appointment to meet you at school.  

If you know it is broken and need it replaced, you will need to complete an SPS form to request a replacement.   Visit our Laptop Fix Form page for a form to fill out, and instructions.  

If you need help completing the Laptop Fix Form, then ALSO use the  help request form  and we will complete it with you.
