Introducing the first PDX Long Ride!
A hilly, endurance, base builder with plenty of climbing and minimal intensity. These are fantastic backroad climbs with minimal traffic and beautiful scenery. Conversational pace, pre-season training camp vibes.
Day/Time: Sunday, 10/29, 9am roll out
Start/End Location: Cascadia Coffee Pub, 2010 NW Front Ave Suite A, Portland
Route: https://ridewithgps.com/routes/44853367. Gas station 40 miles in if you need a brief stop for food/drink.
Pace: Zone 2. Purposeful on the flats/piano on the climbs.
Equipment: Road or gravel bike; 32mm tires or bigger recommended
No RSVP required, just show up, ride, and make new friends! Ride is unsanctioned, on open roads, with no official leader.
