This week we head north for a ~6 hour "mostly" road ride up to Moulton, WA. After escaping Portland over the I-5 bridge, we head east up the Columbia River to Camas. From there we push north through the Yacolt Burn State Forest and along some nice extended gravel sections (nothing crazy). Once we hit Moulton it's a punchy cruise back south on rural roads, concluding with reentry into Oregon over the 205 bridge.
Conditions look to be decent this weekend. That said, it's November in the PNW, so be prepared for wet and cold conditions. Fenders are HIGHY encouraged, for the sake of yourself and more importantly your fellow riding buddies!
Conversational pace, pre-season training camp vibes.
