Our first competitor started his sporting career in a much different place than we find him here at the tournament.  Adam Sandler ( Coobphoria, Airheads ) is trying desperately to help his dear old granny keep her home.  When he chances on a way to earn some quick green, he takes a swing at a new sport.  All he has to do is work on his short game and his short fuse.

A lifetime of wheeling and dealing finally caught up to Woody Harrelson ( Defendor, A Scanner Darkly ).  Making after-hours bets with the wrong people has left him struggling to thrive. His chance encounter with a pin-busting prodigy reignites his dreams of fame and glory.  The only thing that stands in his way is a cultural split.
