To Skullspace members,
The Skullspace AGM will be held on Tuesday February 24th at 6pm at the space.
If you can not make it in person please appoint another member (other
than myself) as a proxy. Proxies are essential to helping us meet
quorum.
There will be a competitive election for the board with balloting if
we have more than 5 nominees when the meeting starts.
Members present will receive ballots.
Members who claim to have proxy rights will be given provisional
ballots. These will be sealed and segregated until we have confirmed
the proxy appointment with the email address on file. There will be a
48 hour deadline to respond.
