Hey everyone!
Effective December 9, 2025 we will be filling the vacancy left by Amanda Thompson by appointing Everett Bazzocchi, following our "Filling vacancy" [clause in our bylaws](https://skullspace.ca/wp-content/uploads/2018/03/SkullSpace_Bylaws_2018-02-27.pdf) as our new fifth member of SkullSpace's board of directors. Because there is less than three months between now and the AGM, we will not have an election before the annual general meeting. I've included the excerpt from the bylaws below.

Filling vacancy — If a person ceases to be a director less than three months before the end of his or her term, the remaining directors may appoint another member to fill the vacancy for the balance of that term. If a person ceases to be a director more than three months before the end of his or her term, the vacancy is to be filled by election at a special meeting of members to be held within one month after the vacancy arose. The election shall operate as described in the "Election of directors" section.
