Hey all,
A special meeting is being called for June 23rd, 6:00 PM at the space, 2-374 Donald St.
One of our directors, Rebecca Goldenberg, has had to step away, and so we will be holding a vote during the meeting to fill the vacant seat. The vote will work in the usual manner, as described in the "Election of directors" section of our bylaws[1]. If you cannot make it, you can name a proxy to vote in your stead, which counts toward quorum.
