Bug in v5.13.4 Credential Authentication in WebGUI (Zevenet)

Hi,

I have encountered a repeatable bug in v5.13.4 Zevenet CE. Build information below:

ZEVENET Version: 5.13.4

WebGUI Version: 1.0.28-5.13.2

Appliance Version: ZCE 5, hypervisor: HyperV

Kernel Version: 4.19.0-6-amd64

Issue:

If you set your root password to a string with a "£" (GBP) character in it, the webGUI will fail to authenticate any subsequent login attempts using that password.

Resolution:

Change root password to any other string without a "£" symbol in it.
