New ISO SKUDONET 7.2.0

Hi SKUDONET Community team,  we're proud to announce the next SKUDONET version 7.2.0

All the new features, improvements, and bug fixes can be accessed by visiting our timeline:

However, a significant feature has been added to this version: Open Source WAF is enabled.

This feature converts the SKUDONET Open Source Load Balancer into an Open Source WAF.

SKUDONET Open Source WAF version 7.2.0 uses LibModsecurity version 3.0.14: the latest modsecurity Open Source Web Application Firewall release.

You can create your own WAF Rulesets in the system using the SecLang language. In case you want to use the OWASP Core Rulesets in SKUDONET Open Source WAF, visit this link to learn how to configure it:

To update from the previous version:
This new version fixes the update packages action requiring other repositories dependencies, so to update to this version the command to use is:
# apt-get update && apt-get install skudonet skudonet-gui-core
