From https://github.com/flutter/flutter/issues/130911, a reported flake from the Gold service.

This occurred in https://ci.chromium.org/ui/p/flutter/builders/prod/Linux%20framework_tests_libraries/12207 and appears to be a one off error from Gold. The stderr is listed below.

The PR that landed and created this result (https://github.com/flutter/flutter/pull/128716) made no test changes.

lovisolo@, I think we need to either 1) spin up more copies of frontend server [potentially expensive] or 2) move all the APIs that goldctl talks to onto baseline server (which already has redundancy built in).

Since we just have 1 frontend server and k8s has been temperamental lately due to the ephemeral storage space, I think those reboots are causing issues that sometimes surface as build failures
