how to create a "plugin"?

Dear All,

We have a "Detailed search" possibility
for Hungarian National Corpus:
http://clara.nytud.hu/mnsz2-dev/bonito/run.cgi/first_form
Temporary username: itk, passwd: dec14 to have a look at it.
Choose from "Query type", please.

This is intended for easy access to every subtlety of Hungarian morphology
annotated in the corpus for users who are not familiar with CQL.

This part of the UI is custom-developed by us.

Our main problem, that we are forced
to manually adapt our part every time
when a new version of NoSkE is released.

My question is the following:
is there any "official" method / howto
to develop a plugin or add-on like this for NoSkE?

If yes, please help, how to start with.

If no, do you plan to allow something like this?
I thunk it could be quite useful.
