Path to configuration file before compiling a corpus

I'm new to manatee. I've compiled a corpus in SketchEngine, then downloaded the vertical file and the configuration file from the online app. When I try to compile the corpus ('athina') in NoSketch Engine with the "compilecorp --recompile-corpus" command, the output is "corpinfo: CorpInfoNotFound (/corpora/registry/athina)".

Maybe this is trivial, but I can't really find any /corpora/registry path. The path where the original susanne corpus configuration file is located is var/lib/manatee/registry. Please help!

Hi Yannis,

you can also run compilecorp with absolute paths, e.g.

compilecorp --recompile-corpus /absolute/path/to/athina

Make sure you have set VERTICAL and PATH properly in the configuration.

What Slavomír mentioned is related to the web interface. You may tell manatee where to look for configuration files by setting environment variable MANATEE_REGISTRY.
