Manatee-open 2.207.2 - changes and new features?

Hello,

recently, we have noticed the new version is available for download with quite a few changes in the source code (e.g. the new "fsa3" module) and some breaking changes in corpora indexes (resolvable via a provided upgrade script). 

Is there some overview of the changes available for the curious minds?
