Happy New Year! Yes, it's 2024 . . . but your faithful GURPS Line Editor was taking his customary (and much-needed) winter break from December 21 through January 1, which delayed the December 2023 roundup. Let's catch up.
Recent Releases
Holiday absences and chaos meant nothing new in December, but there was some GURPS-related action:
Dungeon Fantasy Roleplaying Game Bundle of Holding (December, 2023; PDF)
Our friends at Bundle of Holding featured the Dungeon Fantasy Roleplaying Game in December. The Starter Collection included PDFs of the Dungeon Fantasy Roleplaying Game, Dungeon Fantasy Companion, Dungeon Fantasy GM Screen, and Dungeon Planner. The Bonus Collection added PDFs of the Dungeon Fantasy Companion 2, Dungeon Fantasy Companion 3, Dungeon Fantasy Magic Items 1, Dungeon Fantasy Magic Items 2, and Dungeon Fantasy Monsters 2. I'm using the past tense because there's just over a day remaining at the time I'm writing this. If you act on January 2 or 3, though, you still have time to get all this stuff at an incredibly low price . . . and to aid Direct Relief by doing so.
Upcoming Plans
People taking time off didn't prevent forward movement on lots of 2024 offerings. I'll preface my hints with the usual "Everything is subject to change without notice!", because who knows what a new year will bring? That said, I have access to insider info, so I feel fairly confident about most of this.
- GURPS Template Toolkit: Spirits, by Rory Fansler, moved from editing to production. My prediction is for a February release.
- Not one but two Dungeon Fantasy Roleplaying Game adventures by y.t. are also in production.
- GURPS Infinite Worlds: Atlantropa left playtesting and is with Joshua Kilburn to prepare the final draft.
- GURPS Fantasy Folk: The Reptilian Races, by Phil Masters, is in peer review.
- GURPS Meta-Tech, by Christopher Rice, goes into playtesting this week. We already have enough playtesters, but . . .
- GURPS Loadouts: Starship Crew, by Paul Stefko, is next in the playtesting queue, and it isn't too late to get involved.
- The first draft of GURPS Monster Hunters Adventure: The Face of Fire, by J. Edward Tremlett and Christopher Rice, remains with its authors for revisions.
There are still 11 Sekrit Projekts on the books – though not the same 11 as in November. All of these must remain unnamed for the time being. Check the GURPS thread in my blog each Friday for signs of weakness.

We continue to ask for rules-light ("fluffy") content for a variety of reasons, and in fact are corresponding with several authors who have queries in to us. The lucky few will be those who obviously understand our Freelancer FAQ, Submission Guidelines, GURPS formatting guide, and GURPS WYSIWYG template. In general, we'd prefer choices from the Warehouse 23 Digital Wish List (updated November 10, 2023) and Warehouse 23 Wish List for GURPS (updated November 10, 2023) unless you're a long-established writer of GURPS supplements.
