Hi Bill,

 

Thanks for asking, Landlords can apply to the Indiana Energy Savers Program, like homeowners in the case of single family homes, or with the following provisions for multifamily buildings:

 

According to the website, "The IESP determines eligibility and provides energy efficiency measures for properties based upon the income levels of the tenant(s) that reside within a building. For multifamily properties, the entire property or building is eligible to receive the benefits of this program once 50% of the occupied units in that property or building are determined to be at or below the 150% Area Median Income (AMI).
