duke phone to call for your net metering report

All:   I've been following all the posts the past week or so and share your frustration with Duke Energy and their billing statements.   I wanted to know more about consumption and credits since we installed 30 panels last spring.   So I can share that there is a phone number for Duke customers to call to get their net metering report sent to them.

If you call  866-233-2290 it's some sort of duke hotline and when you give them your duke account #, they will email you the past 6 months or more of your actual use and actual credits....

Here's the first 5 months of our report that Duke emailed me, and it shows that coming into the winter we had about 3400 credits in our account.   Hope that's useful to others if you wish to call and get your similar net metering information....    Cindy Stone,    Bloomington, IN

Thank you.  Your advice paid off.  I had to use the phone number 866-233-2290 today. I was also told that in the future I could request these Read Sheets by emailing CustomerOwn...@duke-energy.com.
