Pre-Festival House 2025 is set for Tuesday, April 8th from 10am - 6pm (just days ahead of Festival Weekend One), at an extremely luxurious 2-acre private estate directly next to the iconic Beverly Hills Hotel (see images of this $34 million dollar property HERE). What is required from your brand?

  • Pre-Festival House 2025 - DECK LINKED HERE

Opt-in Fee: $20K + 10% shared cost*

*Not due until post-event: 10% of shared production hard costs (ex: venue, VIP valet, permits, etc), guesstimated to land around $4K. 

What will this include, and what deliverables will your brand be receiving? 

  1. Pre-Event Press Release (to top-tier media), including your brand logo, bio, imagery, social handles, etc

  2. All event planning, production, scouting, walk-throughs, PR, check-in, front of house, back of house, support staffing, etc

  3. Guest list creation (with your approval and input) including celebrities, top tier macro-influencers, a few top national editors

  4. Invitation distribution (including your logo)

  5. Real-time sharing on targets invited and RSVP's coming in. This is a huge upside in that you will have full transparency as the list develops, and you can plan ahead for A-list celebrity placements for the brand

  6. Guest transport (both complimentary valet and complimentary Uber / Uber Black). A nice upside since cocktails will be served, and responsible consumption is key

  7. Insurance, permits, security and all other surrounding regulatory factors

  8. Welcome card with a social call to action including your logo and IG handle. Ensuring that VIP guests tag you throughout the event

  9. Your branding and photo opp moment

  10. Seeding of your brand to guests within your branded area (remember, CLD does all of the design & production legwork, subject to your approval of course)

  11. Posts and tags from the VIP guests

  12. Post-event sharing of all photos & videos on the same day as the event. Important: these will be fully licensed for no-charge usage by your brand. These will also be published on Getty, etc, for easier media pick-up globally

  14. ROI-driven post-event formal recap
