and provide any updates on 'local aua' (as opposed to 'global aua')

sikone is interested in something that's

1. inexpensive,as we're just startup and with very limited paid-up capital (rs10k only)
2. for just and very basic otp based yes/no verification based on uid token, and not any other high level of authentication

if that's not possible then sikone, being a startup, presently finds following for aua (aadhaar user agency) very expensive

1. rs 5 lakh per three month non-refundable license fee
2. rs 25 lakh bank guarantee for 10 year 

if uidai doesn't have feasible offer for sikone then for its open-work initiative, for which it's looking for unique human id, sikone would like to try following

1. would like to develop inexpensive unique id services by itself based on blockchain and other latest inexpensive and verifiable crowd-sourced open technologies with other partners like democracy.earth
   
2. try to resource itself, with time, and support from other organisations, and individuals to reach the uidai criteria
3. pass on open-work initiative to other organisations meeting uidai criteria

please feel free to suggest more

then become SUB-AUA under AUA.

Submit the docs to the AUA .(AUA list is there on the UIDAI website. Choose any one AUA)

i believe you're referring to

this uidai website link that contains 'list of aua'..

thanks, and i'll contact these for sub-aua

in the mean time may i ask if you could throw more light on 

new guidelines  https://uidai.gov.in/images/resource/UIDAI_Circular_11012018.pdf

mainly terms like 

'local aua' and 

'uid token' and 

if new guideline will require change in setup after in few months
