  1. please refer earlier post 'simple english'..that
  2. suggests how to create content in 'simple english'
  3. after creating simple english' based content 
  4. then use google translate to convert it to other indian languages
  5. but having permanent translated pages and not dynamic translation on the fly
  6. try for content at http://sik.one
